Returns & Exchanges

RETURN

We hope you LOVE your product and it fits you perfectly, but if you would like to return your item please follow the below return process:
  1. Ensure the order was purchased within the last 30 days. 
  2. Make sure your item is unworn and still includes the product tags. 
  3. Email info@trespinas.com with your order number and reason for return. 
  4. Wait for return confirmation and then send your return package to the below address.

Once the item has been received, a member of our team will notify you to let you know the item has been received. Once the item has been approved for a return an automatic refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment of method. 
  • Items must be unused and in the same conditions as you received it (unwashed, with tags, unworn, original packaging).
  • Items must be returned within 30 of purchased and proof of purchase or receipt is required. 
  • Shipping on returning items will be covered by client. 
What if I want to cancel my order?
Once a package leaves our facility the order cannot be cancelled. At that point you will need to accept the package, then contact us to initiate a return.

EXCHANGE

If something doesn't fit right or isn't comfortable for your swim, bike or run please email us at info@trespinas.com with your order information and reason for return. Once the item has been received, a member of our team will notify you to let you know the item has been received.
We understand things sometimes don't fit the way we want them to, but we are here to make your ride as comfortable as possible…don’t worry we will exchange it for the right size.
