Returns & Exchanges
We work hard to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ll be happy to give a replacement or refund. Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags and in their original packaging. If the garment/product is not returned in this condition, then Tres Piñas will not be able to process the exchange or return. All gift cards are non-refundable.
To begin your domestic return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org , where you can request a prepaid return label by email. You'll receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed, usually within 10-15 business days. Please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to show up in your account.
What if I want to cancel my order?
Once a package leaves our facility the order cannot be cancelled. At that point you will need to accept the package, then contact us to initiate a return.
We are only able to offer free returns on domestic orders at this time. We’re more than happy to accept returns from international destinations, however, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you choose to make an international return, please email email@example.com with the items you’re sending back, as well as the tracking number of your personal label, so that our warehouse teams will be aware.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. Tres Piñas is not responsible for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
All sale items are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
