Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative team! This role will be responsible for developing compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and speaks to our audience. From digital assets to apparel graphics, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Tres Piñas is represented across various platforms.
Role Responsibilities:
Brand & Marketing Design
- Concept, design, and execute digital and print assets including social media content, email marketing graphics, website banners, advertisements, and packaging.
- Develop engaging paid media assets, including display ads, social media advertisements, and digital campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team to develop seasonal campaigns and product launches.
- Create engaging motion graphics or animations for digital platforms when needed.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Apparel & Product Graphics
- Develop original graphic concepts for apparel, including t-shirt designs, sublimated patterns, and logo placements.
- Work closely with the product development team to create tech packs and ensure production-ready artwork.
- Assist in designing patterns and trims for existing apparel, refining and expanding on current tech packs for both men’s and women’s lines to create fresh, original designs.
- Research industry trends to bring fresh and innovative designs that resonate with athletes and the sportswear market.
- Develop and refine color palettes to enhance visual identity and ensure harmony across apparel and brand materials.
Creative Strategy & Execution
- Assist in photoshoots by conceptualizing layouts, designing lookbooks, and supporting art direction.
- Work with external vendors for printing and production to ensure quality execution of designs.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Creative Director to mock up custom apparel requests, ensuring brand consistency and innovative designs tailored to athlete and team needs.
- Stay up to date with emerging design trends, software, and best practices to continually push creative boundaries.
- Design and refine logos and branding elements to ensure strong, recognizable visuals across all platforms.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in the apparel, sportswear, or active lifestyle industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects a plus).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Experience in screen printing, sublimation, or apparel production processes is a plus.
- Ability to take direction, adapt to feedback, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Shopify, Figma, or video editing tools is a bonus.
