Our Returns & Exchanges Guidelines

Returns and Exchanges:

Tres Piñas has worked extremely hard to develop and produce the highest quality products possible and our aim is for 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you a exchange or return, as per our guidelines below:

All product must be received unused and in the same condition as you received it (all tags attached, unwashed and in our original packaging). If Tres Piñas receives the product not in this condition, the exchange or refund will not be processed. In addition to this, all product exchanges and refunds must be initiated within 15 days of the date the package was received, with proof of purchase required.

Domestic Exchanges:

We gladly offer FREE exchanges on all Domestic US orders (full priced items, discount code purchases and NON sale items). To begin your domestic exchange, please continue to our return portal here. Select the order and items you wish to exchange, and follow the prompts to request the exchange. If you have any issues, please reach out to us via chat or email.

Domestic Returns:

For refunds on all Domestic US orders, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item via their chosen method. We can provide a return label for $10 via USPS. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. To begin the return and generate a return label please visit our return portal here. Select the order and items you wish to exchange, and follow the prompts to request the exchange. If you have any issues, please reach out to us via chat or email.

International Exchanges:

We gladly offer exchanges on all International orders (full priced items, discount code purchases and NON sale items). To begin your International exchange, please use our return portal here.

Please note, the customer will be responsible for the cost of posting this return back to us at Tres Piñas via their chosen method. From there, once received and processed, the new item will be sent out via tracked shipping from Tres Piñas.

International Returns:

For refunds on all International orders (full priced items, discount code purchases and NON sale items) the customer is responsible for the cost of posting this return back to us via their chosen method. To begin your International return, please use our return portal here.

Exceptions:

If however, any return or exchange is due to faulty or wrongly sent item, Tres Piñas will cover the cost of the postage and will gladly reimburse the customer, provide store credit or arrange an exchange. This is for both Domestic and International orders. Again however, we are not liable for any Import Taxes or Duties on any orders we ship.

Sale Items:

All sale items are FINAL SALE and will unfortunately not be eligible for any returns and exchanges.
